Location is spot on, just a quick 2-minute walk to the station and surrounded by eateries and shopping venues. The room exceeded our expectations in size and cleanliness. Staff were exceptional, going out of their way to assist us. This spot is truly excellent for anyone seeking comfort and convenience at a budget-friendly price!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is just a short walk from Akabane Station. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the Japanese options. With five teenagers and two kids, the spacious room was perfect for our large family!

My kids wished for more variety in breakfast options.

The room size felt cramped, definitely could use more space!!! Housekeeping timing was inconvenient too, better coordination needed!!!

i had a delightful stay at daiwa roynet hotel. the location is fantastic, just a short walk to akabane station, making it easy to explore. my room was spacious with a comfy bed and a nice working desk. breakfast was excellent, especially the japanese style buffet. the staff were super friendly and helpful!

The room size was surprisingly spacious, and the facilities like the washing machine on level 7 were a nice bonus. The ice machines were convenient, too. Plus, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to Akabane station, which made exploring super easy.

Felt looked after, no complaints whatsoever.
